توصية الاستهلاك: تناول قرص واحد مباشرة قبل أو أثناء تناول الأطعمة التي تحتوي على سكر الحليب مع قليل من السوائل دون مضغ. الحد الأقصى اليومي 5 أقراص. يعتمد ذلك على نشاط اللاكتاز في الجسم والكمية الموجودة من سكر الحليب في الأطعمة والمشروبات، لذا يجب تعديل الجرعة بشكل فردي حسب الحاجة. يجب عدم تجاوز الكمية اليومية الموصى بها.
