لتحضير عصيدة الأطفال كنسخة نصف حليب أو خالية من منتجات الألبان أو مع تركيبة الحليب. إذا لزم الأمر، قم بصقله باستخدام هريس الفاكهة/الخضروات. تقليل السائل للحصول على اتساق أكثر صلابة. اتبع تعليمات التحضير بالضبط. لا تقم بتسخين العصيدة في الميكروويف (خطر ارتفاع درجة الحرارة!). أطعمي الطعام بالملعقة وحضري العصيدة طازجة دائمًا.
1. يُسكب 100 مل من الحليب البارد و100 مل من الماء في قدر ويُقلب ملعقة كبيرة ممتلئة (حوالي 20 جم) من مسحوق العصيدة بالمضرب.
2. ضعي المزيج على النار حتى يغلي مع التحريك المستمر، ثم استمري في الطهي مع التحريك لمدة دقيقتين حتى تتكاثف العصيدة.
3. اتركها لتبرد حتى درجة حرارة الاستهلاك (37 درجة مئوية) واستمتع بها.
