1. اترك ماء الشرب المغلي الطازج ليبرد حتى درجة حرارة 40 درجة مئوية تقريبًا وأضف ثلثي الكمية المطلوبة من الماء إلى الزجاجة.
2. للحصول على جرعة دقيقة من المسحوق، امسحي ملعقة القياس المرفقة على المكشطة. استخدم فقط ملعقة القياس المتوفرة. 3. أضيفي الكمية المطلوبة من المسحوق إلى الزجاجة. قم بتخزين ملعقة القياس في حامل الملعقة. 4. أغلق الزجاجة ورجها عموديًا بقوة لمدة 10 ثوانٍ تقريبًا، ثم أضف الكمية المتبقية من ماء الشرب ورجها بقوة مرة أخرى. 5. افتحي الزجاجة وأرفقي الحلمة. تحقق من محتويات الزجاجة لمعرفة درجة حرارة الشرب (حوالي 37 درجة مئوية).
