Die weiße Schicht mit dem „Schlafhormon“ Melatonin hilft auf natürliche Weise. die Einschlafzeit zu verkürzen. Die braune Schicht enthält eine traumhafte Pflanzenkombination aus Baldrian. Melisse und Passionsblume. die seit jeher für ihre wohltuend entspannenden Eienschaften eschätzt werden. sowie Vitamin B6 und Zink. Vitamin B6 trät zudem zu einer normalen Funktion des Nervensyems und zur normalen psychischen Funktion bei.
Verzehrempfehlun: Kurz vor dem Schlafenehen 1 Tablette unzerkaut und mit reichlich Flüssikeit einnehmen. Melatonin sollte nicht in Verbindun mit Alkohol verzehrt werden.
