Kölln Schmelzflocken Dinkel-Hafer sind ein für die Säuglingsernährung hergestelltes Lebensmittel zur Zubereitung von Breimahlzeiten im ersten Lebensjahr. Sie werden aus ökologisch angebautem Vollkorn-Hafer hergestellt.

Verwendungshinweise
Kölln Schmelzflocken® - seit Jahrzehnten ein Begriff für die Babyernährung Vollkorn-Erzeugnisse enthalten eine Vielzahl an Nähr- und Aufbaustoffen. Schmelzflocken® sind gut sättigend und eignen sich somit ideal vor dem Schlafengehen.

Zubereitung
Vollkorn-Milchbrei
100 ml Frisch- oder H-Milch (3,5 % Fett) und 100 ml Trinkwasser zusammen mit 6 gestr. EL (= 20 g) Kölln Schmelzflocken® kalt verrühren und kurz aufkochen. Abkühlen lassen und 2 EL (= 20 g) frisch püriertes Obst (z.B. Banane) unterrühren.
Milchfreier Getreide-Obstbrei
100 g frisches Obst (z.B. 50 g Apfel und 50 g Banane) sorgfältig waschen, schälen und zerkleinern. 90 ml Wasser mit 6 gestr. EL (= 20 g) Kölln Schmelzflocken® kalt verrühren und kurz aufkochen, von der Kochstelle nehmen und 1 TL (= 4 g) Rapsöl sowie das Obst hinzufügen.
