1. Clean the eye area thoroughly and dry the skin well. 2. Remove the pads from the protective film. 3. Press the gel side of the pads gently and evenly under the eyes. 4. Leave on for 20 minutes, then gently remove. Pads are not reusable. Skin compatibility dermatologically confirmed
