What is Orthomol Cholin Plus?

Orthomol Cholin Plus is a dietary supplement. It contains choline to contribute to the maintenance of normal liver function and silymarin from milk thistle extract.

Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism and normal homocysteine metabolism.

The milk thistle (Silybum marianum) was already cultivated in German monastery gardens in the Middle Ages and is now widespread especially in Europe and Asia.

It contains, among other things, silymarin.

Recommended intake:

Take 2 capsules (= 1 serving) daily, preferably with plenty of liquid with or after a meal.

If necessary, the capsules can be opened and the contents can be sprinkled over food (cold and lukewarm dishes) or stirred into them.

A notice:

The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Keep out of the reach of small children. Magnesium supplements can have a laxative effect on sensitive people. Store in a cool, dry place.
