The Mivolis sleep tea with melatonin combines the floral note of lavender with strong aromatic valerian, gentle lemon balm and passion flower. Melatonin is a hormone-like substance that is also produced by the human body and plays an important role in sleeping. *Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep.

Always pour fresh, boiling water over one tea bag per cup and let it steep, covered, for at least 5-10 minutes. This is the only way to ensure a safe food. Use 1 tea bag per cup. We recommend drinking a cup of the freshly prepared infusion shortly before going to bed to ensure the positive effect. Do not exceed the daily dose of 1 tea bag.
