The Melatonin Instant Spray from Schaebens supports natural sleep thanks to the hops it contains. It has a calming and relaxing effect. The spray with a mint flavor ensures quick absorption before going to bed.

Spray 1-2 sprays per day directly into the mouth before going to sleep. If you want to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep: The positive effect occurs when 1 m of melatonin is taken shortly before going to sleep. For jetlag: The positive effect occurs when at least 0.5 m of melatonin is taken shortly before going to sleep on the first day of travel and on the first days after arriving at your destination.
