The melatonin spray from the Dopplherz brand can help to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep thanks to the sleep hormone it contains if 1 m of melatonin is taken shortly before going to sleep. Natural melatonin is a hormone produced in the human diencephalon after dark.

Spray 2 sprays directly onto the tongue before going to bed and swallow. Shake before use.
