The Holle baby food organic wholegrain oat porridge for babies from 5 months contains carefully selected, pure Demeter grains. It is easy and versatile to prepare. It is also dairy-free and unsweetened (naturally contains sugar).

1. Heat 100 ml of whole milk and 100 ml of water to approx. 50 °C. 2. Add 22g of cereal flakes (5-6 tablespoons). 3. Mix everything well, let the porridge swell for a short time and make sure it is at the right temperature for consumption (37 °C). Enjoy your meal! Alternatively, you can also prepare the cereal porridge with approx. 130 ml of breast milk, 200 ml of whole milk, 200 ml of water or 170 ml of baby formula.
