The Demeter Baby Porridge Hafer Pur from Löwenzahn Organics is ideal as a lunchtime, evening or afternoon porridge for little sweet tooths from the age of 5 months. The porridge can also be used for the introduction of solid foods. To prepare the porridge, it must be boiled briefly, which means it retains its delicious grain taste. No flavorings, milk or dairy products are added to the porridge.

For preparing baby porridge as a half-milk or milk-free variant or with formula. If necessary, refine with fruit/vegetable puree. For a firmer consistency, reduce the amount of liquid. Follow the preparation instructions exactly. Do not heat the porridge in the microwave (risk of overheating!). Feed the food with a spoon and always prepare the porridge fresh.

1. Pour 100 ml of cold milk and 100 ml of water into a saucepan and stir in a heaped tablespoon (approx. 20 g) of porridge powder with a whisk.
2. Bring to the boil on the stove, stirring constantly, then cook for two minutes, stirring constantly, until the porridge thickens.
3. Allow to cool to serving temperature (37 °C) and enjoy.
