The recommended dose is:
- to calm down, take ½ teaspoon (approx. 1.5 ) 2 to 3 times daily;
- If you have trouble sleeping, take 1 teaspoon (approx. 3 ) of valerian drops diluted with a little water half an hour before going to bed.
If the effect on sleep aids is not sufficient, an additional 1 teaspoonful can be taken before dinner.
