1. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to EU countries, the UK, the USA, Switzerland, Norway, and the Middle East.
Middle East includes Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Jordan.

2. What are your delivery times?
Processing takes 1–3 business days.
EU delivery: 4–6 business days.
Middle East delivery: 6–12 business days.
USA delivery: 10–18 business days.

3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping depends on your country and order value.

4. Do I need to pay customs or taxes?
Within the EU, taxes are included.
Outside the EU, local customs or VAT may apply.
Your local carrier collects these on delivery, per your country’s rules.

6. How long is the shelf life?
