Osana monipuolista ja tasapainoista ruokavaliota se sopii erinomaisesti päivän aloitukseen yli 1-vuotiaille lapsille. Se sisältää täysjyväkaurahiutaleita, rapeita spelttihiutaleita sekä jauhettuja manteleita. Ilman rusinoita tai muita hedelmäaineksia se maistuu sellaisenaan maidon kanssa tai sitä voi täydentää dmBio-hedelmäsoseilla (esim. omena-mustikka) tai hienolla raastetulla omenalla.
