Nauti päivittäin 1 tasainen mittalusikallinen C-vitamiinia (noin 120 mg) laimennettuna veteen, mehuun tai teehen. Annettu suositeltu päivittäinen annosmäärä ei saa ylittyä. Suositeltu annos 1 mittalusikallinen (120 mg) C-vitamiinia vastaa 150 % elintarvikeinformaatiomääräyksen mukaista suositeltua päivittäistä saantia. Ravintolisiä ei tule käyttää monipuolisen ja tasapainoisen ruokavalion eikä terveellisen elämäntavan korvikkeena.
