Kaada 200 ml kiehuvaa vettä päälle ja anna hautua vähintään 5–10 minuuttia! Vain näin saat turvallisen elintarvikkeen! Käytä 1 suodatinpussi per kuppi. Suosittelemme aikuisille 2 kuppia päivässä ja yli 12-vuotiaille lapsille 1 kuppi päivässä.
