Der Verzehr von Lebensmitteln/Getränken, die anstelle von Zucker Erythrit enthalten, trägt zur Erhaltung der Zahnmineralisierung bei und bewirkt, dass der Blutzuckerspiegel nach ihrem Verzehr weniger stark ansteigt als beim Verzehr von zuckerhaltigen Lebensmitteln/Getränken.
