Rekommenderad dosering:
En gång dagligen lös upp 1 portionspåse i 1 glas vatten (ca 200 ml) och drick. Intag rekommenderas vid ett ökat magnesiumbehov på grund av fysisk belastning (t.ex. sport), när det samtidigt föreligger en obalanserad kost. Om det enbart rör sig om en magnesiumfattig kost rekommenderas att dagligen lösa upp innehållet i ½ portionspåse i ca 100 ml vatten och dricka.
