Dosage instructions and method of use: Pour boiling water (approx. 150°C) over 1 infusion bag of sleep and nerve tea for 1 cup of tea and leave to steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the infusion bag and remove. Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a freshly prepared cup of tea 2-3 times daily and before going to bed. Side effects: None known.
