1. Clean the nose area thoroughly and moisten the nose. 2. Remove the strip from the protective film with dry hands. 3. Gently and evenly press the strip onto the nose with the flat side. 4. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. Then carefully peel the strip off from the side. Rinse any adhesive residue on the nose with plenty of lukewarm water. Dermatologically confirmed skin compatibility.
