Pour boiling water (approx. 150°C) over an infusion bag of liver all tea for one cup and leave to steep covered for about 10 - 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the infusion bag and remove. Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a freshly prepared cup of tea 3 to 4 times daily, half an hour before meals.
