The Bad Heilbrunner sleep tea with melatonin in a pyramid bag is a harmonious herbal mixture of slightly floral lavender, pleasantly refreshing lemon balm, aromatic hops and melatonin. All of the herbs contained are from controlled organic cultivation. Melatonin is a hormone-like substance that is also produced by the human body and helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep.
