Instructions for use

How do you achieve perfect eyeliner? The eyeliner doesn't have to be drawn in one continuous stroke: you can also start by drawing individual dots along the lash line and then connecting them. Or, you can first draw half a line from the center of the lid outwards, and then draw the second half from the inner corner to the center. The eyeliner will last particularly well if the eyelid has been primed with eyeshadow or powder beforehand.
