Doppelherz system AZ + OMEGA-3 contains carefully balanced vitamins, minerals, and trace elements – from vitamin A to zinc. It also includes coenzyme Q10, lutein, and omega-3 fatty acids from highly purified marine fish oils sourced from sustainable fisheries. Vitamins A, C, and D, as well as the trace elements zinc and selenium, contribute to the normal function of the immune system. In addition to their role in supporting the immune system, vitamin C, zinc, and selenium help protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B1, B6, and B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism. Magnesium supports the normal function of muscles and the nervous system. Iron plays a role in the normal formation of red blood cells and contributes to normal oxygen transport in the blood. Omega-3 fatty acids are an important component of a healthy diet. A daily intake of 250 mg of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA/DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal heart function.
