Mivolis inhalation solution is a sterile, isotonic saline solution suitable for all electrically operated jet and ultrasonic nebulizers. The individual ampoules are ready to use and can be used several times a day, as needed, to humidify the airways. Inhalation can be a helpful therapeutic aid in relieving symptoms of respiratory ailments, chronic respiratory diseases, and colds. During inhalation, the saline solution is transformed into fine droplets (aerosols) and, when inhaled, reaches the upper (nose, nasal cavity, and throat) and lower (trachea, bronchi, and lung tissue) respiratory tract. The saline aerosol moisturizes the bronchi, thus facilitating the removal of stubborn mucus. Inhalation can therefore shorten the duration of illness. In addition to its use for colds, the inhalation solution also ensures sufficient humidification in dry airways caused by heated or air-conditioned rooms, preventing unpleasant drying of the mucous membranes. Instructions for use

Depending on your needs, up to a maximum of four times daily, fill the nebulizer with the contents of one pre-filled ampoule according to the manufacturer's instructions for your electric jet nebulizer or ultrasonic nebulizer. The duration of inhalation depends on the type and features of your inhalation device and may therefore vary slightly. However, it should not exceed 20 minutes per 2.5 ml ampoule of Mivolis inhalation solution. Otherwise, please contact the manufacturer of your inhalation device.
