Instructions for use
The highlighter can be applied directly to the skin or over makeup. To do this, pick up some highlighter with a brush, apply it to the desired areas of the skin, and blend gently. Repeat the application for an even more intense glow. The highlighter is perfect for use on the cheekbones, tip of the nose, cupid's bow, or inner corner of the eyes.
