If you want to make your fingernails sparkle without a specific color, you can also apply the Cosmic Gold Effect Top Coat 030 Celestial Light on its own. If you want to combine the striking gold effect with your colored nail polish, simply paint it over the top. The multicolored glitter is especially effective with dark colors.
