Mivolis Melatonin Drinkable Granules with plant-based melatonin from the Montmorency cherry contain a combination of various plant substances, the amino acid L-tryptophan, and magnesium. Just 1 mg of melatonin helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. Magnesium also contributes to the normal function of the nervous system. Melatonin, also known as the "sleep hormone," is a substance naturally produced by the body, primarily at night and released into the bloodstream. Daylight, on the other hand, inhibits the production of melatonin. This rhythm can be disrupted by various influences, inhibiting the sleep phase.

Product description: Dietary supplement with melatonin, ashwagandha, L-tryptophan, and magnesium. With sweeteners. Ingredients: Magnesium salts of citric acid, maltodextrin, acidifier: citric acid; Montmorency cherry extract (8.7%), L-tryptophan (3.6%), acidity regulator: sodium bicarbonate; color: betanin (beetroot red); ashwagandha root extract (Withamnia somnifera) (2.3%), natural flavor, sweeteners: sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin.

Stir 1 stick into approximately 150–200 ml of cold/warm (not boiling) water once a day, stir well, and drink shortly before going to bed. The positive effect occurs when at least 1 mg of melatonin is consumed. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. People who have long-term sleep problems, are taking medication, have chronic illnesses, or are taking other sleep aids should consult their doctor before consuming this product. Do not drive or operate machinery while taking melatonin. Do not consume alcohol while consuming this product. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
