Mivolis Electrolytes contain magnesium for electrolyte balance and energy metabolism. Electrolytes are dissolved salts that include, for example, sodium, potassium, magnesium and chloride. An adequate supply of electrolytes and fluids is essential for our body. The electrolyte balance can be disrupted by sport and physical exertion, particularly intense sweating, while travelling or through alcohol consumption. In such cases, the glucose-mineral mixture with raspberry flavour contained in Mivolis Electrolytes can quickly supply the body with lost fluids, mineral salts and glucose, thereby improving general well-being. ¹/²Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal energy-yielding metabolism. Magnesium also helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Potassium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal muscle function. The additional vitamin C supports the normal functioning of the immune system and contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
