Vitamin B12 in particular is only found in significant quantities in animal foods and should therefore be given special attention. Vitamin B12 and B2 play a role in energy metabolism and in the functioning of the nervous system. In addition, iron and vitamin B12 are also involved in the formation of red blood cells and the functioning of the immune system. Calcium and vitamin D are needed to maintain normal bones and help maintain normal muscle function. The trace elements iodine and selenium contribute to normal thyroid function. Iodine as a component of thyroid hormones is important for energy metabolism, for example. Zinc also fulfills many functions in the body, e.g. for maintaining vision and bones, but also for skin, hair and nails and for immune function. Swallow 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid (e.g. 1/2 glass of water) with a meal. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
