During pregnancy and lactation, as well as in the case of known diabetes or disorders of carbohydrate metabolism, the product should only be used after consulting a doctor. Dissolve the contents of one ick in 100 ml of water and drink once a day. The daily intake can be increased to up to 3 icks if necessary. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
