Shake before use. Recommended use: Drink 4 caps (daily dose corresponds to approx. 90 ml) 3 times a day before meals. The drinking gel is also suitable for mixing in fruit juice or still water. Additional care tips: 1. Care tip Aloe Vera provides intensive moisture and regenerates. To use as a face mask, soak a cloth with Aloe Vera and apply. 2. Care tip Apply generously to clean and dry skin after sunbathing
