A warming massage with the Arnica Massage Oil before or after sports promotes circulation, relaxes the muscles, and thus protects against cramps, tension, and muscle soreness. The composition with extracts from arnica flowers and birch leaves strengthens and cares for skin functions and keeps the skin elastic. The aromatic scent has a balancing effect thanks to the invigorating rosemary and the relaxing lavender.

For massage or daily body care. It is best to apply and massage onto slightly damp skin after bathing or showering. Arnica massage oil should only be used on unbroken skin and not on mucous membranes. In case of arnica hypersensitivity, the use of calendula massage oil is recommended.
