Zirkulin's digestive aid is a complex of the five different enzymes lactase*, amylase, lipase, cellulase and protease. The different enzymes fulfil different functions in the body: Lactase breaks down milk sugar. Protease breaks down proteins and cellulase breaks down cellulose. Lipase is a fat-splitting enzyme and alpha-amylase is a carbohydrate-splitting enzyme. The multi-enzyme complex can be taken without causing any habituation.
* Lactase breaks down milk sugar (lactose) and thus improves the digestion of milk sugar in people who have problems digesting this sugar.
RECOMMENDED USE: Take 1 tablet 2-3 times daily with plenty of water with meals. If you are lactose intolerant, the dosage must be adjusted individually. It depends on the degree of intolerance and the lactose content of the meal. It is recommended to take at least 2 tablets (5,000 FCC) per meal. Appropriate nutritional advice is recommended.
