Recommended intake: Take 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid, swallowed whole. If you have an increased need for magnesium, e.g., due to strenuous physical activity at work or during exercise, or in conjunction with a magnesium-deficient diet, take 1 tablet. As a dietary supplement, consume only ½ tablet. A mild laxative effect may occur. Do not take any other magnesium-containing supplements.
