Instructions for use
Application: Step 1: Remove the cap and apply the eyebrow pencil. Step 2: Twist the pencil in the middle; the powder stamp will release. For more eyebrow powder, use circular motions with the powder stamp inside the pencil. Step 3: Remove the cap and brush through the eyebrow hairs with the brush.
