Recommended dosage: Take 1 tablet immediately before or during the consumption of food containing lactose with a little liquid, without chewing. Maximum of 5 tablets per day. Depending on the body's lactase activity and the amount of lactose in food and drinks, the dosage should be adjusted individually and according to needs. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
