Pour boiling water (approx. 150°C) over one infusion bag of liver tea, cover, and let steep for about 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the infusion bag and remove. Unless otherwise directed, drink a freshly prepared cup of tea 3 to 4 times daily, half an hour before meals.
