Usage instructions

Take 1 capsule daily with liquid (e.g. ½ glass of water). The stated recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Do not take any other zinc-containing food supplements. The product is not suitable for pregnant women. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for children and adolescents under 18 years of age. This product contains 150 µg of biotin per daily dose (1 capsule). If you are undergoing a laboratory examination, you must inform your doctor or laboratory staff that you are taking or have recently taken biotin, as biotin can affect the results of such examinations.
