The dmBio 7-grain cereal porridge is ideal as a snack from the 6th month as part of a balanced, mixed diet and as a supplement to breast-fed or bottle-fed meals. The porridge is easy to prepare, tastes great on its own and can be enhanced with our dmBio fruit jars (e.g. apple-raspberry-banana).

Organic 7-grain cereal porridge for infants from 6 months
Ingredients: 25% WHOLE GRAIN OAT FLOUR*, 25% WHOLE GRAIN RYE FLOUR*, 25% WHOLE GRAIN WHEAT FLOUR*, 20% WHOLE GRAIN BARLEY FLOUR*, 1.7% WHOLE GRAIN SPELT FLOUR*, 1.6% corn flour*, 1.6% rice flour*, vitamin B1². *from organic farming ² legally required in baby food

Please always prepare the dmBio 7-grain cereal porridge fresh. Do not heat the porridge in the microwave (there is a risk of overheating). Make sure that the correct consumption temperature is always maintained when feeding and only use spoons for feeding. Please do not reuse leftover amounts.

Boil 100 ml of fresh whole milk and 100 ml of water and allow to cool to approx. 40-50ºC. Pour the liquid into a plate or bowl and stir in 20 g of dmBio semolina cereal porridge (equivalent to approx. 3-4 tablespoons). Then stir well and allow to cool to serving temperature (approx. 38 °C). The cereal porridge can also be prepared milk-free (200 ml of water) or with dmBio milk formula (200 ml). Important: Follow the preparation instructions exactly. Always prepare the meal fresh. Do not heat the porridge in the microwave (there is a risk of overheating). Make sure that the correct serving temperature is always maintained when feeding and only use spoons for feeding. Please do not reuse the leftover amounts.
