Instructions for use
Every morning before brushing your teeth, put one tablespoon in your mouth and swish it between your teeth for approx. 10 to 20 minutes. Afterwards, put it in a paper towel and dispose of it. For adults and children from 6 years of age, provided that they have learned to rinse their mouth.
