Instructions for use

Pour approximately 150 ml of boiling water over one tea bag of calming tea and let it steep, covered, for about 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag and remove it. Unless otherwise prescribed, drink one to two freshly prepared cups of tea regularly in the morning and evening.
