Kölln Schmelzflocken® - a household name in baby nutrition for decades. Whole grain products contain a variety of nutrients and building materials. Schmelzflocken® are very filling and are therefore ideal before going to bed.

whole grain milk porridge

Mix 100 ml of fresh or long-life milk (3.5% fat) and 100 ml of drinking water together with 6 level tablespoons (= 20 g) of Kölln Schmelzflocken® cold and bring to the boil briefly. Allow to cool and stir in 2 tablespoons (= 20 g) of freshly pureed fruit (e.g. banana).

Dairy-free cereal-fruit porridge

Carefully wash, peel and chop 100 g of fresh fruit (e.g. 50 g apple and 50 g banana). Mix 90 ml of water with 6 level tablespoons (= 20 g) of Kölln Schmelzflocken® cold and bring to the boil briefly, remove from the heat and add 1 teaspoon (= 4 g) of rapeseed oil and the fruit.
