A daily serving of 5 capsules of Doppelherz system Amino Acids Essential contains the following 9 vital amino acids: 210 mg L-Histidine (His), 420 mg L-Isoleucine (Iso), 819 mg L-Leucine (Leu), 630 mg L-Lysine (Lys), 218.4 mg L-Methionine (Met), 525 mg L-Phenylalanine (Phe), 315 mg L-Threonine (Thr), 84 mg L-Tryptophan (Try), 546 mg L-Valine (Val). Vitamin B6 contributes to: normal cysteine synthesis, normal energy metabolism, and normal protein and glucose metabolism. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism and normal energy metabolism and has a function in cell division.
