Several factors play a role in eye health, including a good supply of nutrients. The body cannot produce these vitamins and trace elements itself – they must therefore be regularly obtained through food. EYE PLUS VISION+PROTECTION from Doppelherz system contains two capsules with selected vitamins, trace elements, and polyunsaturated fatty acids to support eye health. Capsule 1 contains vitamins A, C, E, B12, and B6, the omega-3 fatty acid DHA, and the trace elements selenium and zinc. It also contains the plant compounds lutein and zeaxanthin. Capsule 2 contains a lipid combination of polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil with the omega-6 fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid from borage oil, as well as the water-soluble vitamin B2 and the fat-soluble vitamins D and E.

The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children. Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant women, or breastfeeding mothers. If you are already consuming 3.5 mg of zinc per day, you should refrain from taking any other zinc-containing supplements. A break from taking zinc is recommended after 10 months. Do not take any other lutein-containing supplements. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.

Instructions for use

The daily dose consists of two different capsules. Take capsule 1 and capsule 2 once daily with a meal (e.g., breakfast or lunch) with sufficient liquid, without chewing. Long-term use of these capsules is recommended for adequate nutrient supply.
