Doppelherz system COENZYM Q10 100 + VITAMINS supports energy metabolism with B vitamins and contributes to cell protection with vitamin E and selenium. It also contains 100 mg of coenzyme Q10. Coenzyme Q10 belongs to the ubiquinone group. The prefix "ubi" indicates that this substance is found throughout the body. Coenzyme Q10 is particularly abundant in certain organs such as the heart, kidneys, liver, and muscles. Q10 is stored in the mitochondria of cells, which play a central role in metabolism. The body can produce coenzyme Q10 itself, and it can also be obtained through food. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
