Preparation instructions: 1. Wash hands thoroughly. 2. Bring fresh drinking water to the boil and allow to cool to approx. 45 °C (lukewarm). 3. Pour 150 ml of the boiled water into a clean bowl. 4. Add approx. 5 heaped tablespoons (50 g) of CERELAC cereal porridge and stir well. Important: Please follow the preparation instructions. Please do not heat in the microwave - risk of overheating. Check the temperature of the porridge before feeding. Always feed the porridge with a spoon. Prepare each meal fresh. Do not reuse leftover food. Make sure the environment is clean
