Instructions for use

How do you achieve perfect eyeliner? Eyeliner doesn't have to be applied in one go: You can also draw individual dots along the lash line first and then connect them. Alternatively, you can first draw half a line from the center of the eyelid outward, and then draw the other half from the center toward the center. The eyeliner stays in place especially well if the eyelid has been primed with eyeshadow or powder beforehand.
