For one cup of tea, pour boiling water (approx. 150°C) over one infusion bag of digestive tea and leave to steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the infusion bag and remove. Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a freshly prepared cup of tea 3-4 times daily, half an hour before meals.
